*Your reservation will be confirmed by e-mail.
*Within 10 dags after receiving our confirmation of reservation, 10% of the sum stated in the confirmation must be deposited on our account.
Payment takes place according to the following timetable:
10% of the sum after confirmation of your reservation
the next 40% of the sum no later than 6 months before the start of the rental period
the final 50% of the sum no later than 2 months before the start of the rental period.
Cancellation costs:
* In the event of a cancellation no later than 6 months before the start of the rental period, the cancellation costs are only 10% of the sum stated in the confirmation of reservation.
In the event that your holiday cannot take place on the RESERVED DATE, you may - up to 6 months before the start of the rental period - select new dates,if available. If you choose for this option, your down-payment will be applied in full to your new reservation and no extra costs will be charged.
* In the event of cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, cancellation costs are 50% of the total sum stated in the confirmation of reservation.
* In the event of cancellation within 60 days of the start of the rental period, cancellation costs equal the entire sum stated in the confirmation of reservation and no refund will be made.
* We recommend that our guests take out travel and cancellation insurance.
